Kevin Goldman, Thomas Keller trained Chef, and Karl Curran, Charlemagne founder and Wine Importer invite you to experience an evening which promises to educate and entertain with a wonderful spectacle of elegant food accompanied by appropriate fine wine. Share with your friends Chef Goldman’s detailed talk on his menu, its provenance and its cultural aspect and enjoy a lively discussion therafter. With each course, Karl will discuss the wine pairing, appellation, vintage variation, the winemakers & estates and drinking customs. We will prepare and serve, no need to lift a finger, just enjoy a Michelin star evening in your own home.

Kevin Goldman’s career as a chef spans more than a decade and includes posts in some of the nation’s top restaurants. His passion for the culinary arts was sparked at a young age, and in his early 20’s he enrolled in the Cordon Bleu School of the culinary arts in Pasadena, graduating at the top of his class. Armed with his formal education, Chef Goldman set off on a culinary adventure throughout California, cooking at a myriad of top-notch restaurants such as Saddle Peak Lodge and Susan Feniger’s ‘Street’ along the way. Eventually he landed at one of Los Angeles’ best restaurants, working under world-renowned Chef Thomas Keller at the Bouchon in Beverly Hills starting as a prep chef working his way up the ladder. Today Goldman’s skill and inspired vision shine through in the unique culinary experiences he creates as a private chef.

What is Included:

All menu’s will be accompanied by a flight of wines carefully selected to compliment each course. Pricing of the wines is commensurate to menu selection. The evening is valid for a minimum of 8 guests per sitting.
