*Local delivery is free and available to residents of Orange and Los Angeles counties California. If you choose local delivery please let us know if the delivery will be in an apartment, house or office. Let us know any other delivery information such as doormen and buidling codes.

Shipping wine in extremely hot or cold months is a major concern for us. That is why we deliver twice a year- October and April. If there is any inclement weather during our delivery dates, we will hold the wine until the weather improves.

You must be at least 21 years of age to order or receive wine shipments from Charlemagne Fine Wines. You represent to Charlemagne Fine Wines that you are at least 21 year of age and the person to whom delivery will be made is at least 21 years of age.

By clicking submit, you authorize Charlemagne Fine Wines to charge your credit card for the amount of the club you have chosen plus applicable tax and or shipping charges twice a year until you choose to end your subscription. Your credit card will be charged on the 30th of October and 30th of March. All wine club payments will appear as Charlemagne Inc. on your credit card statements. To cancel your subscription to the club, please call (646) 322-3658 Monday through Friday from 9AM to 6PM, Pacific Standard Time or email wine_club@charlemagnefinewines.com. You must give us 30 days notice prior to cancelling your order. In 24 hours, you will receive an email confirming your subscription to the Wine Club. We will alert you via email when your club package is ready to be shipped or delivered (if you live in Los Angeles and Orange Counties, California). If you will be away from your shipping address and cannot receive a shipment, please contact us and we will hold the wine until it can be shipped to you or we can put your membership on hold until you are ready to start receiving shipments again.
